It's the first Sunday of December meaning it's time to put up the Christmas Tree! I absolutely love putting up the Christmas tree, although it's the part of Christmas which takes absolutely forever, the end result is always so wonderful and festive. Especially when you're putting the tree up with Christmas music on in the background. Although, is it ever really on in the background? No, it's always up full blast so the neighbours can hear it too. 

Everyone has their own way of decorating their tree; some people go for the traditional red, gold and white balls whereas other go for the colours of their living room, or whatever room the Christmas tree is going up in. Our Christmas tree this year is gorgeous purple balls, with black, silver, and white balls to go with it. We also add the cutest little decorations to our tree such as the ones I'll be showing below. 

Whereas, in my bedroom I have a white tree with blue, white and silver balls with glass angels too (at least I think they're angels). I personally love a huge tree, the bigger and fatter, the better and this tree we managed to get last year, half price in Wilkinsons for £40; absolute bargain. Even though it's the heaviest tree in the world.

This year we managed to get our hands on the cutest husky decorations in Tesco for £2.50 each, or 3 for the price of 2. I absolutely love them and they were a complete must as we have Willow. They're fairly large but they make the cutest touch to the tree.

Tesco also have some other incredible decorations in at the moment and I couldn't help but pick up this little penguin with the cutest icicles on his nose and feet. I think he's adorable! He was either just £2 or £2.50, also in the 3 for 2 range. 

Last but not least is the cutest fawn which my brother bought from Scottsdales, a garden centre in Cambridge a couple of years ago. I'm sure he can be found elsewhere though. As we have no other brown decorations on our tree, this little guy stands out against all the rest!
