Something I feel strongly about is going for anything which you have a passion for and going for it with your arms wide open. But at the same time, something which always creates a barrier or a challenge in our lives is fear. All the time! Fear of what might happen or the fear of what other people might think about is. So this fear stops us from doing these things which we well and truly want to do and we seem to let the fear control our lives in a way.

In my life there has been so many different occasions where fear has challenged me and it has definitely broken me but I've come to learn that we must go for it regardless of how this fear makes us feel. Because otherwise, we're going to let the smallest thing make a big issue in our life. 

Today, if you can I want you to do something which is way out of your comfort zone, but I want it to be something which you've always wanted to do but never had the courage to because of fear. If people's opinions are the reason why this certain thing is out of your comfort zone, then forget about them and their shitty opinions and think about yourself. Think about how happy or relieved you'll feel once you've stopped caring about them, and when you start to only think about yourself.

Be that person who stops caring about what bad thing might happen, and actually think "what if I didn't do this", "What if I actually have fun". Think about the positives and don't look back!
