Fed Up With Feeling Tired?

Saturday, May 20, 2017

Good Afternoon.
I hope you're having a great start to the weekend.

Something I personally struggle with is constantly feeling tired. There's never a day when I don't feel tired! I wake up feeling constantly exhausted whether I've had a good night sleep or a rubbish night sleep. I've never really thought about taking energy tablets or any sort of medication that might make me feel less tired and more awake by releasing energy throughout the day; I tend to just reach for coffee (a lot of it) and a heck load of energy drinks. Monster Ripper is my absolutely favourite!

As a student, feeling tired makes me feel even worse compared to usual. Spending every single day staring at my laptop or at a book makes me feel like I haven't slept in days. Concentration well and truly kills me but then it's the exact same situation being a blogger. Staring at my phone or my laptop all day makes me eyes tired, gives me a headache and makes me feel tired all over again. It's a never ending story.

So I was approached by a company which wanted me to try out Pharmaton Vitality Capsules which cost £9.49 at Boots for a jar of 30 tablets, enough for every single day for one month. It has been mentioned on the packaging how these have been clinically proven against tiredness and lack of energy, but is this true? Well that's why I've been giving them a go. Now, I have to admit I haven't had these every single day, purely because some mornings I completely forget to take a tablet or I go to my boyfriend's without them with me so of course, I'm unable to take one.
These capsules contain standardised Ginseng extract G115, vitamins and minerals which apparently help to battle against tiredness and the feeling of lack of energy; I've personally never heard of Ginseng extract! You can take these if you struggle with daily fatigue or even exhaustion from stress! They also help to treat symptoms caused by an unbalanced diet due to the vitamins and minerals which are in these. But not only that, they enhance mental and physical performance.

I have to say, I'm so glad these are in capsule formation as I really struggle taking tablets sometimes depending how big they are; but as they have the plastic coating, it makes it so much easier to swallow! What's great about the packaging is how you can see how many tablets are left as although it's a coloured glass bottle, you're still able to clearly see through it.

On the days when I have taken these Vitality capsules, I have felt less tired compared to usual; however it does eventually hit me once I lay down in bed to relax before I go to sleep. But that's what I need; to be able to go to sleep straight away from feeling exhausted. I am still reaching for the energy drinks however purely because they taste absolutely wonderful!

Have you tried any form of energy tablets to keep you awake? How have you found them?

This post features product(s) which I purchased at Boots using a voucher, however all opinions are my own.

I'll see you soon
