So I know people say every three months the season changes, however today is officially the first day of Winter. So, does this mean it's now going to snow? At least I hope it does! (Apart from I have no idea how to drive in snow and it scares the life out of me). I feel now that it's officially Winter I can start to feel a little bit more cosy and a little bit more festive, especially as it's four days until Chrismas and only three days until I have my own little Christmas with my boyfriend! It's all very exciting this week. For Blogmas day 21 I wanted to look back at my achievements for this year, or maybe even just this month and the best place to share my thoughts and feelings is of course my blog!

So let's get too it;

Semester one of my second year of University.
I generally feel so proud of my first semester back at University. I passed both of my presentations and I've handed in both of my essays before Christmas and I feel so proud of them too! This year University has really got to me. Not because I've found it difficult but because my tutors are blimming useless and not worth having to be completely honest so I've basically been winging it with no care in the world. So to pass my presentations still; I couldn't be more happy.

Hitting 4000 followers on Twitter.
So every month I have been sharing my monthly outcomes and thoughts on achievements on my blog and social media accounts and I also include bits about my personal life too however I didn't share this post with you guys this month due to Blogmas but it's basically where I compare stats etc and I really enjoy seeing how much my blog etc grows. Today as I'm writing this (19th December) I hit 4000 followers on Twitter while I was out Christmas Shopping. I genuinely feel so grateful for everyone who does follow me on Twitter and how supportive my followers are too! To go from 700 followers for months on end to 4000 within a few months is incredible and I'm so proud of my little achievement.

I also cannot explain how happy I am to say I have hit 700 followers on Instagram, I never thought I'd even reach 100. Instagram is so difficult to grow, my personal account has been on around 300-350 for months, and it just doesn't grow! I would love to eventually reach 1k, will this happen? Probably not, but we can all dream!

Embracing the dark lips and nails!
Last but not least, I have been embracing the dark lips and nails throughout December which is definitely out of my comfort zone, and I mean way out! I always put on a dark lip and take it off within minutes because I don't feel myself but I've been really enjoying having a dark lip (although I still feel very anxious wearing them), but I cannot get enough of dark nails right now! Stepping out of my comfort zone is something I struggle with but I'm trying my best to stay out of it!
