Good Morning!
I hope you had a great weekend.

I'm back again finally with another Motivational Monday, it feels like ages since I last posted one of these positivity posts and now that I'm on my last week of full time work, these posts will be back a lot more regular than usual. Since I have been working in a full time job where some days are a lot harder than other days and I'm usually counting down the days until the weekend, I've come to realise that it's important not to worry about what happened yesterday when yesterday has already been and gone.

Whenever I have had a bad day, I've always been thinking about how it's going to make the next day and whether I'm going to have another bad day or whether the day is going to absolutely great. However, I shouldn't let one day determine whether or not the following days are going to be bad too. I've started to go into work the following day with a fresh mind and a great outlook on the day, ready to handle whatever the day brings me instead of going straight into work feeling like absolute rubbish due to the previous day. I think this is something which should be promoted more as I know I'm not the only person who does this; I'm sure everyone does and I've found I do forget about starting each day with a fresh mind, as if everyday is a Monday.

As we're on the conversation about work, I have found some incredible people who I hope will stay in my life for a lot longer than the four weeks I have worked with them. While the blogging industry and University is absolutely great because you meet people who are very much like minded and have many similar interests as yourself, you will always find those people who truly have nothing in common with you, regardless of whether you are both bloggers or both studying the same subject at University and sadly this will always happen.

Working at my current job in a Summer Activity Camp, of course I am working with people who have similar interests as me otherwise they wouldn't be working there and enjoying every single day. However, working with children means you have to take on so many different roles and responsibilities while also trying to work around strategies to deal with different children and many different behavioural issues. Not only do you have to deal with the children, but you have to deal with the staff and the day itself which can also be a struggle sometimes. Working in this job I have come across people who completely get me; the way I work with children, the way I think and the way I do things and to find people with the exact same thought process as you is incredible; it makes the working life so much easier.

So if you ever think you should get along with everyone who's a blogger, or everyone who is in your work place or study place then you're wrong; you do not need to get along with absolutely everyone. But the most important thing to do is to find people who understand you and get you because it's these people who will stay.

What have you guys been up to this Summer?

I'll see you soon
